Reiki Training

Reiki First Degree is suitable for anyone who wants to experience and find out more about Reiki. It includes:

• The history, effects and benefits of Reiki
• Self Healing techniques
• Working with Chakras
• Energy excersises
• Healing others
• Four energy attunements / empowerments

The attunements, create an open channel for more Universal Life Energy to flow through the upper body and hands. Each attunement is in itself an inner cleansing process.

Some Wednesdays and Sundays are available by arrangement for a minimum of two particpants

Reiki Second Degree introduces further aspects of the inner exploration of ourselves including meditation. It is suitable for all students who wish to experience the healing energies at a deeper level or work as Reiki Practitioners. The training includes:

• The First Three Reiki Symbols, their meaning and uses
• Distant Healing (a highly effective absent healing technique)
• Meditation and energy excersises
• Developing a therapy practice
• A further energy attunement / empowerment

Opportunities to learn Second Degree Reiki (maximum 3 students):

Reiki Master and Reiki Master / Teacher training is offered on a one to one basis by arrangement. During Reiki Master / Teacher training you will learn how to confer attunements and gain, knowledge and practical skills to empower you to step into your role as Reiki Master/ Teacher with confidence and integrity.

Reiki Master contact training time is 12 hours (2 days), post course mentoring and support 6 hours. Fee £350.  Reiki Master Teacher contact training time, 30 hours (5 days) over 6 months. This includes supervised attunements, treatments and observed workshops. Fee £450.
